WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We will accept your return of unworn, unwashed, like new condition (at our discretion), with hang tags still attached for full refund of the purchase price, (excluding shipping costs) if you return the item within 30 days of purchase. We do not charge a restocking fee. Before returning any garment, please contact us for a Return Authorization Number to put on the outside of your package.
Any item that arrives damaged, misprinted or otherwise defective will be replaced upon return to us in the same condition, and with hang tags still attached (you cover shipping back to us and we pay for shipping back). Please return within 30 days of purchase. We have great quality control so this rarely happens. Before returning any garment, please contact us for a Return Authorization Number to put on the outside of your package.
WHAT IF I ORDER THE WRONG SIZE?
We will accept your return for exchange of unworn, unwashed, in like new condition (at our discretion), with hang tags still attached for exchange to different size, (you pay return shipping, we pay for shipping back) if you return the item within 30 days of purchase. We do have sizing charts with the photos at the bottom of each product page, and if you follow the dimensions, you should get a perfect fit every time! Feel free to call with any size concerns for advice before ordering. Before returning any garment, please contact us for a Return Authorization Number to put on the outside of your package.
Please make sure you send all items back with tracking, because we can’t be responsible for items lost in the mail.
